We ship USPS first class which takes 5-10 business days (or 10-21 days during global pandemics). Sometimes USPS doesn't scan packages in a timely manner, and sometimes, not until it's reached its final destination, but we promise, if you received a shipping email, your item has left our facility!
Does goodr offer free returns?
We're happy to offer prepaid return labels to return products to us for free. Unfortunately, we do not currently cover the shipping costs for a single exchanged pair of goodrs. However, they are eligible for any current free shipping promotion (normally at $50 USD).
Do goodr sunglasses scratch easily?
The lenses scratch easily and can only be wiped by the Goodr wipe/case that the sunglasses come with and if you wipe with something else they scratch. They look great but they only stay in good condition if you REALLY take good care of them.
What does goodr warranty cover?
WARRANTY POLICY That's why all U.S. purchases of goodr sunglasses are backed by our 1-year warranty. If a tragedy has befallen your goodr lenses, we're happy to send out a pair of replacement lenses, plus a card to help explain how to pop them in!
Can Goodr sunglasses be adjusted?
Font adjustments users can increase and decrease its size, change its family (type), adjust the spacing, alignment, line height, and more. Color adjustments users can select various color contrast profiles such as light, dark, inverted, and monochrome.
