Smirk Powder is a mild abrasive, it is perfectly safe for use 2 times a week before brushing with your usual toothpaste. We advise a maximum of two applications per week. In the first week, you can use it once per day. Brush for 3 to 4 mins per-use, then rinse well and use your regular toothpaste.
