How To Add a Workout on Apple Watch

You can start a workout with the Workout app on Apple Watch.You can learn how to open the Workout app, set your workout goals, and start a workout on the Apple Watch.

Step 1: The app can be used to work out.

The app on the Apple Watch has a green icon that looks like a person running.

Step 2: Pick a workout.

To view all workouts, scroll up and down.To select a workout, tap it.There are workouts that include; indoor and outdoor run, walk, bicycle, and more.Select "Other" if you don't see your workout in the list.

Step 3: You can tap.

There is a button with three green buttons.You can set a goal with this button.Simply tap the workout to start if you don't want to set a goal.

Step 4: Left and right will allow you to select a goal type.

Goal types include calories, distance, time, and speed.

Step 5: To change the goal metric, press + or -.

The "+" and "–" buttons can be used to increase or decrease calories, distance, speed or duration.

Step 6: Go to start.

There is a large button at the bottom of the screen.The workout begins after three seconds.You can see your progress on the screen with the Apple Watch.If you want to stop your out, tap the "" button.You can add another workout type by using the "" button.Swipe left to control your music.You can scroll between the different workout metrics, such as distance, speed, and calories.
