The engine should be turned off when the truck is in gear.Remove the front tires and jack the truck up.The truck should be placed on the jack stands.

Look behind one of the rear tires as you climb under the truck.There is a rubber cap behind the brake dust cover.Take the cap off with a screwdriver.

The adjustment star is under the cap.The emergency brakes will be tightened if it is turned clockwise andcounterclockwise.

You can adjust the adjustment star on the other side of the truck.The caps should be replaced.
