If you want to use a smoke bomb, you don't have to fight crime.Egg smoke bombs are easy to make.The design of the egg smoke bomb is the same as that used by the Teenage Mutant Turtles.Simply throw it on the ground for a smokey poof, it doesn't require fire or a fuse to ignite.
Step 1: A bunch of eggs.
It doesn't matter what type of egg you use.Don't get me wrong, you could buy organic eggs.Jumbo eggs are easier to work with.If you don't want to be wasteful, you can save the egg's insides for cooking.
Step 2: Remove the egg.
Take a push pin or nail and poke it through the egg.The hole should be widened after creating the initial puncture.Pull the edges of the gap until it's around the size of your thumb.
Step 3: The egg should be drained.
As the insides drain out, hold the egg over the sink.If you don't want to waste any supplies, you can catch the egg white and yolk in a bowl.If the yolk is stuck at the opening, puncture it with a pin or nail.Allow the yolk to leave the egg's shell.
Step 4: The interior should be washed out.
To get to a mild stream, turn on the faucet.The shell might crack if the water is too heavy.The insides of the shell should be washed.A basic rinse will do, but you don't need to be thorough.
Step 5: The egg shells need to be dry.
The egg cartons have the egg shells in them.Make sure the hole is facing down.Most of the liquid will be able to clear from the shell.The shells should be ready to go when you're done preparing the powder.It will take 15 to 20 minutes.They can be placed in a sunny spot for quicker drying.
Step 6: Take the supplies.
You will need baby powder and chalk.The smoke bomb uses chalk to add color.Pick the color of chalk you want the smoke to be.If you want multiple colors of smoke, use a variety of colors.
Step 7: Take the powders and mix them together.
If you haven't already done so, crush the chalk pieces.Make sure that the chalk is not wet.You can grind the chalk by using a food processor or hammering it in a bag.The baby powder should be mixed with chalk.Baby powder can be used for about a handful of chalk powder.Take your powders and mix them together.Try different proportions of baby powder.Multiple batches of colors can be created.Don't feel like you have to use one color for all of your bombs.The mixture should be kept in a container.
Step 8: The mixture should be prepared.
Take a sheet of paper and fold it in half.Unfold the paper and place your mixture on it.The crease you created will help guide the powder into the shell.
Step 9: The mixture should be funneled into the shell.
The hole in the egg container should be facing you.The powdered mixture should be shake into the hole.To avoid a mess, work slowly with the powder.A steady hand is required for this step above anything else.If you make a mess, don't be discouraged.Increase the size of the hole if it's hard to fill.Don't make any cracks.If you find clumps in the powder, you can smooth them out with a fork or food processor.
Step 10: The sealant should be gathered.
You can use different types of sealant.It depends on how you view your smoke bombs.A small strip of tape can be applied over the opening.You could use tissue paper and a glue stick to seal the hole.
Step 11: There is a seal with tape.
Cut out small strips of tape after you've filled the eggs.You can use anything you have lying around.It is preferred to use duct tape or electrical tape.The hole should be sealed with a strip of tape.If your strip didn't cover the entire hole, apply another strip of tape.
Step 12: Cut the tissue paper.
The tissue paper should be larger than the shell's opening.You can use standard tissue paper to wrap a birthday present.If you want, you can use different colors of tissue paper.
Step 13: The tissue paper is used to seal the seal.
Attach the glue stick to one side of the tissue paper.The egg's hole should be covered by the tissue paper.The glue needs to be firmly sealed onto the egg's shell.
Step 14: You can decorate your smoke bomb.
You have the ability to take this in any direction you want.Draw something with a marker if you want a simpler design.You could use watercolors to paint a design.Don't get too invested in your design because you're going to break this.The egg's shell is very fragile, so be careful when decorating.This step is not mandatory.
Step 15: Throw the bomb.
It's time to destroy your smoke bomb once you've mastered it.The bomb can be thrown on the sidewalk or concrete slab.The colorful aftermath will be created if you choose to use colors.
