How To Automatically Reduce the Size of Pictures Included in an Email Message

If you send a message that exceeds the message size limit, it will be returned to you and not delivered.This is often referred to as a bounce message.To avoid exceeding the maximum message size limits associated with most e-mail accounts, it's important to maximize the size of pictures and attachments.To include pictures in an attachment to an e-mail message, follow the steps below.

Step 1: "Shrink Pictures" is a tool you can use to change the size of photos online.

You can create a resized photo by uploading your picture and setting your options.

Step 2: You can use your own email program to send the photo.

Step 3: Outlook can be used to create a new e-mail message.

Step 4: Attach file can be done by clicking on the include group tab.

Step 5: You can include the Dialog Box Launcher on the Insert tab.

Step 6: Click the size of the picture you want to include in the Select picture size drop-down list to go to the Attachment Options pane.

Step 7: When you're done writing your e-mail message, click send.
