How To Be the Person You Always Wanted to Be

Everyone wants to be the best version of themselves. You could be a professional ball player, a world- renowned painter, or the very best parent. It's possible to achieve your full potential if you let go of the things that are holding you back.To move towards being the person you want to be, you need to take inventory of your inner traits.

Step 1: You already are the person that you want to be.

Remembering that you already are is the secret to becoming all you want to be.You are the very best version of yourself. You have to know how to be this person. All of the resources you need to create it are inside of you, too. What you are looking for isn't out there. You will live in constant fear of being taken away from you if your level of self-love, confidence or abundance is dependent on circumstances outside of you.The source of all that you want to become is within you, that's true inner power.

Step 2: There are obstacles in your path.

There is a quote that says the only thing holding you back is you. This is correct. You have to take stock of any habits you have that don't match the person you want to be.If you want to do this, you need to speak to a few loved ones and ask them if they notice any quirks that are holding you back. There are two common attributes that may be holding you back. This attribute can leave you immobile, never changing, and never reaching your true potential. If you have a fear of failure, you need to fight it now.Evidence of your successes is a great way to combat self-doubt.Do you know all the wonderful achievements you have already obtained?Reach out to your friends and ask them to tell you a few things about you.The person is Procrastinating. The undesirable trait comes down to your self-talk.You tell yourself that you don't have to do it right now because the task will take less time. When you put it off for an hour it becomes days, and the next thing you know you're pulling an all-nighter to finish.Try to figure out why you put off tasks in the first place. You should change the way you look at large tasks. If you tell yourself you can have a break if you complete a small chunk, you won't have to cram a lot of work into one sitting. Also, don't go to an environment filled with possible distraction. You may not be able to tackle these issues on your own if you are struggling with deeply buried memories, fears, depression, or substance abuse. If you want to claim the healthy, vibrant future you desire, you need to reach out to a trained mental health professional who can guide you through the process of healing old wounds.

Step 3: Find your truth and values.

Everyone has something they were born to do.You have to find a purpose for being here. The meaning of life is to find your gift according to Picasso. The purpose of life is to give away.To become the person you were meant to be, you need to get closer to your truth. What do you wake up for in the morning? What makes you happy? What classes did you enjoy? What are you interested in learning more about? What jobs made you happy? What activities make you lose time because you love doing them so much?People often tell you you are good at something.Which ideas are you most passionate about? What can you not do in this life?

Step 4: Thinks that don't jive with your truth.

You are disconnected from your truth when you think a negative, critical, fearful or harmful thought about yourself. It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy when you tell yourself you can't do something or have something. You have the ability to become whatever you want to be.You can achieve it if you believe in it.Try to first identify the thoughts, then challenge them.If you find yourself saying "I can't do that" when trying a new thing, you should demand evidence that shows you cannot.Negative self-talk does not serve many people.Aim to become aware of these thoughts and replace them with positive statements.I don't know if I'm good at it unless I try. When you have negative self-talk, it can be difficult to believe in yourself. You began to envision yourself achieving your goals when you learned to challenge negative self-talk.It is possible to feel more confident in your abilities by visualization. If you want to practice visualization, sit in a quiet room.Close your eyes.Relax and take a deep breath.Look at your goal.Try this if you want to lose 10 lbs or finish the semester with a 4.0 grade point average.Go back and think about the small steps you will have to take to get to the finish line.Eating right, working out, studying, and getting tutoring.

Step 5: Listen for the answers.

Too many of us ignore our intuition which loves and adores us.It reminds us to trust and relax. There is a loud voice which tells us to get to action. It prevents us from trusting ourselves and instead encourages us to look at the material world for what we want. The soft, nurturing voice that loves and supports you can be compared to the harsh, critical voice.Make a decision about which one you will listen to.

Step 6: Make a list of what you don't want.

You can't fully reach your potential unless you know what that is.Sometimes we feel lost and have no idea what we're working towards when our goals change.Knowing what you don't want allows you to set clear boundaries and push you into the direction you should be.

Step 7: Think optimistically.

People who think optimistic are more likely to live longer and have better mental and physical health.Seeing the glass as half-full means smiling often and refraining from comparing yourself to others in a competitive way.The best way to become more optimistic is to exercise.Think about your life in the future and write about it in this exercise.Imagine if everything went as well as possible. You have accomplished all of your life goals.Think of it as the realization of your life dreams.Write about what you imagined.

Step 8: Take risks.

Have you been afraid of failure for a long time?Learn to be brave and take advantage of the opportunities that come your way.People who are successful don't play it safe all the time.If you want to develop a winning strategy, you have to read situations and people.Risk-takers constantly experiment with their methods to refine them and develop the most efficient way of getting results.Don't stop experimenting.Don't expect success, but embrace failure. You should always think of ways to accomplish your goals. It is inevitable that failure will happen.Constantly living within your comfort zone can lead to boredom and disengagement, so take mistakes in stride and acknowledge them as teachable moments to refine your skills and come back stronger than before.Taking initiative and taking on a project are ways to step outside your comfort zone.If you volunteer, you should work with a population that you have previously been biased towards.Substance abusers, homeless people.Taking a backseat in your work is one way to shake up your routine.A leadership position has more responsibilities and more people counting on you.

Step 9: Sometimes you have to say no.

Risk-taking is known to say "yes" more than "no".They don't let fear or doubts cause them to miss opportunities for growth. You must learn to say "no" on occasion when you are trying to reach your full potential. If you refuse to participate in activities that do not serve your goals, you will be uplifting your core values.Sometimes you will be urged to say "yes" to preserve a relationship. If having that person in your life provides a positive impact, you might agree to do something.Don't give an excuse or an apology if you're confident that saying "no" is the best option for you.

Step 10: You should surround yourself with positive people.

The people you spend most time with are a reflection of you.The saying goes, "birds of a feather flock together".If the individuals you are around on a daily or weekly basis represent you well, you should examine your social circle. These people should have characteristics and qualities that you admire.Don't surround yourself with people who are fun in the moment, but pull you away from your potential.Hans F. Hansen said that people inspire or drain you.Choose wisely. You can assess those closest to you by doing this. How do you feel about these people? Is it possible that they motivate you?Do they encourage you to have good habits?

Step 11: Make your strengths stronger.

Make use of your unique talents and abilities every day.You can make your abilities even better by honing them. You give the world the best of you when you work to your strengths. You feel more accomplished and have more self-confidence.It is important to know what areas you could use work to analyze your weaknesses. You can realize your dreams and self-actualize if you know and play to your strengths. You were given these gifts because of something.Use them!

Step 12: Treat yourself.

Take time off to be good to yourself while you are on the journey of self-actualization.Pushing yourself further and further can be a good thing, but everyone requires breaks and self-care to jump back in the saddle at 100%.A few self-care practices that let you clear your mind and relieve negative energy so that it doesn't affect the work you are doing on yourself can be used when you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed. When you're feeling stressed, try out a few activities to see what works best for you.A daily or weekly ritual is a good idea to fight stress before it becomes too much.

Step 13: Relax and build self-confidence.

A good relationship is maintained with yourself. We can get so caught up in life that we neglect ourselves.Run a diagnostic when you get in touch with your inner self.Is there something you need?Do you need to take a break? If you like where you're going, spend time with yourself.Don't fret when you have to change your plans, we are all works in progress.Be a champion for yourself.
