You can learn how to block messages from one of your friends without unfriending them.
Step 1: Go to Facebook.
The blue icon is on the home screen.You can check the app drawer if you don't see it.If opening Facebook takes you to the login screen, you need to enter your usernames and passwords.
Step 2: The Messenger icon is on the screen.
There is a chat bubble with a lightning bolt at the top of the screen.The Facebook Messenger app is opened.You'll be prompted to install it if you don't have the app installed.You can download it from the Play Store.
Step 3: The person you want to block should be talking to you.
If you chatted with them recently, you should be able to scroll down and see them near the top of the list.If they don't, you can type their name into the Search box at the top of the screen and then use the search results to find them.
Step 4: There is a circle with the white "i" in it.
The screen is at the top right corner.
Step 5: There is a tap block.
A confirmation window will open.
Step 6: You can block all messages.
You won't be receiving messages from this person.To get to this person in the future, return to the screen and tap.
