You can learn how to buy a digital gift card from a desktop computer or a mobile phone.
Step 1: You can buy gift cards at the Apple store.
You can purchase a gift card from Apple's online store with either a mobile or desktop browser.
Step 2: Click to redeem a gift card.
You will most likely have to scroll down to find this near the bottom of the page.
Step 3: You can choose a design for the gift card.
You can match your gift card to the occasion, such as a birthday, instead of using the default blue card.
Step 4: You can enter a gift card amount.
The value can be between $10.00 and $200.00.
Step 5: Information can be entered for the email.
You need to enter the recipient's name, email address, and optional message in order to send it.
Step 6: Click or tap to add a bag.
The blue button is in the top right corner of your browser window.
Step 7: Click or tap to check out.
Click or tap to continue after you've reviewed the purchase summary.If you don't have an Apple ID, you will be asked to log in or continue as a guest.If you continue as a guest, you won't be able to use any pre-saved payment methods or save your current payment method.
Step 8: Click to place your order.
You'll receive an email confirmation of the purchase after you receive your gift card.
Step 9: You can go to Amazon in a web browser.
You can purchase a gift card with a web browser.If you haven't signed into your account yet, sign in now.
Step 10: You can search for a digital card.
The search bar is at the top of the page.
Step 11: The value you want can be found on the App Store or the card.
You can find a list of different gift cards with different amounts in your search results, and be able to choose one to continue.Select the option with a value range if you don't see a card with the amount you want.
Step 12: Pick a card design.
You can match your gift card to the occasion, such as a birthday, instead of using the standard blue card.You don't have the ability to change the card design if you selected a specific card from the search results.
Step 13: If applicable, select a card amount.
You can choose a value for the gift card here if you didn't select a specific card from the search results.You can either enter a value that isn't listed or select an amount from the listed amounts.You can't change the gift card's value if you selected a specific card from the search results.
Step 14: Information can be entered for the email.
You will need to enter the recipient's name, email address, and optional message in order to send it.You have the option of choosing a delivery date for the email and gift card.
Step 15: Click if you want to add to the cart.
You can see it on the right side of the page.
Step 16: Proceed to checkout if you click or tap.
This can be seen in the top right corner of the page.
Step 17: If prompted, enter your billing and shipping information.
You might be prompted to enter shipping information even though you are ordering a digital gift card.
Step 18: Click or tap to place the order.
You will see a breakdown of your purchase on the right side of the page.
Step 19: If you don't already have it, open it.
Only Windows and macOS Mojave and older users still have access to iTunes, so if you're using macOS Catalina, you can skip this method.If you don't have a Windows computer, you can download the application for free from the Apple website.You can find it in the Start Menu or the Applications folder.
Step 20: Click on the store.
This can be seen in the top half of the application window with Library, For You, and browse.
Step 21: You can send a gift.
You can see it on the right side of the window.
Step 22: In the "To" text field, enter the recipient's email address.
The gift card will be sent to the email address.The recipient's name and message will be included with the gift card email.
Step 23: You can choose the amount of the gift card.
When you fill out the information on the left side of the screen, you'll be able to choose the gift card amount from the next side.You can enter an amount if you don't want any of the choices.
Step 24: You can choose a delivery date.
You can choose to send the gift card now or later.You can have the gift card delivered in a month if your friend's birthday is next month.
Step 25: Click next.
This is in the bottom right corner of the window.
Step 26: To select a theme, click.
You can choose from a variety of colors and styles for the gift card and email.You can see a preview of the theme displayed to the right if you click through them all.A blue checkmark shows which theme you have chosen.
Step 27: Click next.
This can be seen in the bottom right corner of the window.Click again if you see a larger preview of your email.
Step 28: Click to purchase a gift.
You will be able to click when you see the purchase confirmation and receipt.If you don't have an Apple ID, you will be asked to log in or continue as a guest.The gift card can be sent immediately or wait until a delivery date.You will get an email confirmation for the purchase.
