You can learn how to purchase and download an e-book from the iBooks store using an iPhone or iPad.
Step 1: You can open iBooks on your mobile device.
The iBooks app has an orange square icon.You can find it on your home screen or in a folder.
Step 2: At the bottom, tap featured, top charts or search.
There are buttons at the bottom of the screen.You can browse and find e-books on the store.The tab has popular categories and authors' selections.There are paid and free e-books.You can enter a word and see a list of matching results on the store page.
Step 3: There is a book.
If you want to buy a book, tap it.The book's details will be opened on a new page.
Step 4: The book's price can be tapped.
The details page shows the book's price in the upper-right corner.You will be prompted to enter your Apple ID password if you're not signed in to the iBooks store.
Step 5: The button is blue.
When you tap the button, it replaces the price tag on the details page.In a new pop-up, you will have to confirm your download.
Step 6: The confirmation pop-up has a blue button.
The button is at the bottom of the screen.You can download the selected e-book after you confirm your purchase.If you have Touch ID enabled, you will need to provide it here instead of pressing the button.
