You can learn how to cancel a paid subscription.You can cancel your subscription by visiting Hulu.com in any web browser.You have the option to cancel through the official Hulu app.The version of the app for the iPad doesn't support cancellation, but you can if you use the settings on your phone.
Step 1: You can go to the website in a web browser.
If you're signed in, this opens your dashboard.You can use this method on your computer, phone, or tablet if you signed up for the service.Click the link at the top-right corner if you're not signed in.You can cancel through the mobile app if you're using an Android device.This method is used to learn how.You can cancel your subscription using this method if you're using an Apple device.
Step 2: Click your name.
It's on the right side of the page.A menu will expand.
Step 3: Account can be found on the menu.
You can open the "Manage Your Account" page.
Step 4: Under "Your Subscription", click CANCEL.
You'll see this link in the left column if you subscribe directly through Hulu or a participating partner.There will be a pop-up window.If you don't see the option to cancel, it's because your subscription is a free add-on to another product.You'll see the name of the service and instructions for unlinking your account if this is the case.
Step 5: Click Continue if you don't want to stop.
There is an option in the pop-up window.
Step 6: To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions on the screen.
Depending on the service you used, the remaining steps vary.You will be taken through the cancelation process if you sign up for that service.The final date of the current billing cycle will allow you to continue using the paid features.
Step 7: You can open Hulu on your phone.
It's a green icon with white letters.You can find it in the app drawer or on the home screen.If you aren't logging in, tap and enter your email address and password.
Step 8: The account icon is on the screen.
There is a silhouette-shaped icon at the bottom of the screen.
Step 9: There is a tap account.
It is at the top of the screen.
Step 10: Go down and then tap Cancel.
It is next to your subscription.
Step 11: When prompted, continue to Cancel.
Clicking on this will bring up a menu for you to choose from.
Step 12: You can choose a reason for cancelling.
There is only one reason to tap here.
Step 13: Continue and then Cancel.
It's at the bottom of the page.
Step 14: Cancel Subscription, tap yes.
You can cancel your subscription by going to the Account page.
Step 15: Open your phone.
The gear icon is found on the home screen.You can use this method to sign up for Hulu.It is not possible to cancel your membership using the app.This method will show you how to cancel your subscription.
Step 16: You can tap your name.
The settings menu has it at the top.
Step 17: Go to the app store.
There is a white "A" inside the blue icon.
Step 18: You can tap your Apple ID.
The email address is at the top of the screen.There will be a pop-up window.
Step 19: On the window, look at Apple ID.
Step 20: You have to enter your Apple ID password.
If you do that, you will be taken to your Apple ID's account page.If you have Touch ID on your phone, you can use your fingerprints.You won't have to enter your password if you accessed your Apple ID page within the last few minutes.
Step 21: You can scroll down and tap Subscriptions.
It is at the bottom of the page.
Step 22: Go to your subscription page.
Since the "Subscriptions" page will open to the Hulu's page, you can skip this step.You're likely subscribed to another service if you don't see Hulu in this section.You can use the Using Hulu.com method instead.
Step 23: There is a tap Cancel Subscription.
It's at the bottom of the page.There will be a confirmation message.
Step 24: To confirm, follow the on-screen instructions.
After your subscription is canceled, you'll be able to keep using the paid features of the service.
