You can cancel your subscription to the radio on your phone or computer.
Step 1: Go to the website in a web browser.
You can use any web browser on your phone to access the website.You can't cancel your subscription using the app.
Step 2: You can tap the menu.
It is in the top-right corner of both browsers.You may have to use a different browser to open the menu.
Step 3: There are two ways to request a desktop site.
A check mark will appear in the box beside the option, and the site will reload to the desktop version.
Step 4: Click to browse Categories.
It is at the top of the page.A menu will expand.
Step 5: Go to sign up/in.
It is at the top of the menu.
Step 6: You must sign in to watch it.
If you set up your account by tapping on a screen, you'll get on-screen instructions to sign in.If you used Facebook to set up your account, you have to log in.If you signed up with an email address and password, follow the on-screen instructions to log into your account.
Step 7: If you want to browse Categories again, tap.
It is at the top of the page.
Step 8: You can tap on the settings.
It is near the bottom of the menu.
Step 9: The tab has a subscription option.
It is at the top of the page.
Step 10: You can tap Cancel Subscription.
A confirmation message will appear when you click on the last link.
Step 11: Tap complete cancellation.
This ends your subscription.The account will be active until the end of the billing cycle.
