You can change the gender on your Facebook profile.
Step 1: You can open the Facebook app.
There is a blue background with a white "F" on it.If you don't have a Facebook account, you have to enter your email address and password.
Step 2: You can tap.
The screen is in the bottom right corner.
Step 3: You can tap your name.
The top of the screen is where it should be.
Step 4: Click About if you scroll down.
Below your profile picture is a row of options.If you have this option below your profile picture, you can also tap.
Step 5: More about you.
The tab's location on the screen will vary, but it appears directly below your personal information at the top of the page.You have to tap in the top right corner of the screen to get to this page if your profile isn't complete.
Step 6: tap Edit to scroll down to the "Basic info" section.
The "Contact Information" section is below this section.The "Basic info" window has a button in the top right corner.
Step 7: There is a gender option.
You can choose between, or here.There is a custom gender window below the gender section.The preferred pronoun and gender can be added here.You can hide your gender from your timelines by hitting the circle in the top right corner.
Step 8: To save, scroll down and tap.
It's at the bottom of the screen.Your gender preferences will be updated.
Step 9: You can open the app.

Step 17: Go to the Facebook website.
Your News Feed page will be opened by Facebook.In the top right corner of the page, type in your email address and password and then click.
Step 18: Click on the name tab.
It can be found in the top right section of the page.There is a small image of your current profile picture in the name tab.
Step 19: You can click about.
You can find this option under your profile picture.
Step 20: Click on the contact and basic info tabs.
The left side of the screen has it.
Step 21: You can change the gender section by scrolling down and clicking.
To see the option, you'll have to hover your mouse over the Gender field.
Step 22: The box is next to "Gender".
The drop-down menu has the following gender options.
Step 23: You can click on a gender option.
It will be your profile's default if you set it that way.A custom gender window will pop up if you choose the option.This is where you can add your preferred pronoun and gender.If you don't want your gender displayed on your Timeline, you can remove the box below the Gender box.
Step 24: Click to save changes.
The "About" section should now display your preferred gender.
