Is the picture on your profile outdated?You can learn how to change your profile photo using the app or the website.
Step 1: You can open the ride-sharing service.
The app icon looks like a broken circle on a black background, and you can find it on your Home screens or in the app drawer.If you have a driver account, you'll need to take a picture.
Step 2: You can tap.
This can be seen in the top left corner of the screen.
Step 3: You can tap on the settings.
You can find this at the bottom of the menu, and then you can go to the account settings page.
Step 4: The account information is at the top of the page.
Your current profile picture, your name, and your contact information are the first block of information.You'll be directed to the "Edit Account" page when you tap on that.
Step 5: Take a photo.
You can use this to take a new picture for your profile.You might have to tap after you tap your profile picture.
Step 6: To take a new photo, follow the instructions on the screen.
Before the picture is applied to your account, you need to save your profile changes.You should consider using the website if you are having difficulty trying to do this.If your appearance changes so much that you need more than one photo update, you can request help from the taxi service.
Step 7: You can go to the website in your browser.
Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in if you aren't already signed in.You need to set your picture from the partner site if you have a driver account.
Step 8: You can hover the mouse over your name.
The page is at the top right corner.A menu will be expanded.
Step 9: Click on Profile settings.
You can see this at the bottom of the menu.
Step 10: The photo has an icon on it.
You can see the pencil icon when you hover over the picture.There is a window pop-up with tips on appropriate pictures.A photo that shows your whole face and the tops of your shoulders is good as well as taking off any sunglasses and hats.You want the photo to be well lit.
Step 11: Select the file you want to upload.
You can choose a photo by opening your computer's file browser.
Step 12: If you double click the new photo, it will be uploaded.
You won't see your picture on your account immediately after you select it.It usually takes two hours for the photo to be approved.
