You can save the buyer or yourself shipping costs after you realize that the same buyer has purchased multiple items.You can learn how to combine eBay orders using the website on your computer.
Step 1: In a web browser, go to https://ebay.com/myb/Summary?MyEBAY.
You can combine orders with the eBay Bulk Shipping feature.If prompted, log in.
Step 2: You can click to sell.
The vertical menu is on the left side of the page.Pick "Selling Manager Pro" if you see it.A menu will be expanded.
Step 3: Click sell or wait for shipping.
Depending on the version of eBay you're using, your menu may drop down again to reveal "Awaiting Shipping."You'll find what you need to continue in "Sold."
Step 4: Select 2 or more items that you want to combine and ship together.
The box will change from empty to checked to indicate that they've been selected.If you click again, the checkmark will disappear from the box.Clicking on the right side of the screen will take you to a new page if your eBay has already grouped items that the same user has purchased separately.If you scroll down on the page, you can change from the default shipping services and options.
Step 5: Click the Shipping action drop-box and select Print Shipping Labels or Invoices.
The drop-box is next to "Change status" and "Other actions" in the horizontal menu.A new page will open.
Step 6: Click Continue.
You can see this at the bottom of the page, and then you'll be directed to a bulk shipping page.
Step 7: You can click the boxes next to each item.
You confirm that you're shipping both items together.
Step 8: Click the Action drop-box to select Combine Shipments.
A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your actions.
Step 9: Click Combine and Close.
The pop-up window is in the lower right side.The page will refresh to show that your items have been combined.
Step 10: Select a shipping service by clicking the drop-down.
Once you choose a service, the fees associated with it will be updated with the shipping cost.
Step 11: Review and pay at the same time.
Once the shipping information has been updated, you'll be able to click this.Payment can be made from your eBay account.After you've paid, the pop-up window will close and the shipping label will be printed.
