You can manage media files efficiently if you connect your Duos to a PC.A simple way to transfer files.It's easier to connect the two devices than you might think.
Step 1: You can download the driver from the internet.
You can find it here: http://developer.samsung.com/android/tools-sdks/
Step 2: The driver needs to be installed.
Follow the instructions to open the downloaded file.
Step 3: Make sure the Duos has a memory card.
If the device does not have a memory card, the computer will not detect it.
Step 4: Obtain a cable.
You will need a cable to connect your devices.The Duos phone should have a cable.
Step 5: The cable needs to be double checked.
Plug the smaller end of the cable into the phone's charging port.
Step 6: The Duos must be connected to the PC.
The smaller end of the cable should be connected to the device.
Step 7: You can locate your phone.
You can go to 'My Computer'.Double click on the device's icon to find it.You should be able to access your files on the PC.
