If you want to contact eBay, you have to go through their automated system.Direct email and chat have been eliminated for customer service.The system is easy to navigate once you click on "Contact Us".
Step 1: You can go to eBay.com.
If you don't log in automatically, you have to enter your password.
Step 2: Click for help or contact.
The window has a link in it.
Step 3: Click here to contact us.
There is a blue button in the lower right of the window.
Step 4: You can click on a subcategory.
You can choose to contact eBay in one of the categories: Buying; Selling; Account; Returns; or Fees & Billing.
Step 5: You can click on a topic.
You'll be given a series of topics to choose from once you've chosen a category.
Step 6: Click on a topic.
Step 7: You can click on a contact option.
The contact options will be displayed at the bottom of the window after you choose a subtopic.Call Us, Call Me or Ask the Community are the ones you should choose.In order to see the contact options, scroll down past the tips, hints and FAQ that eBay will display.
Step 8: You can open the eBay app.
