How To Cook Swordfish

Swordfish can be baked, broiled, or made into kabobs.The fish has a low amount of fat.If you are pressed for time, Swordfish has a great flavor.To learn how to cook it, scroll past the jump.

Step 1: Grease a 9x13 baking dish with olive oil and place it in the oven.

Step 2: The scallions and garlic are in the skillet.

When the garlic is golden brown, stir frequently.

Step 4: The crme fraiche should be stirred a little at a time after each addition.

Step 5: Stirring continuously, bring all of the ingredients to a boil.

Step 6: The swordfish steaks should be put into the baking dish.

Allow space between the steaks.

Step 7: The swordfish steaks should be put over the wine and cream sauce.

Step 8: For 20 minutes, bake.

Step 9: Allow the swordfish to stand for 5 minutes after it is removed from the oven.

Step 10: Transfer to serving dishes and serve with fresh parsley.

Step 11: You should arrange your oven rack so that your pan will be about 6”

The kebobs should not burn if you keep a close watch on them.

Step 32: While the kebobs are cooking brush the leftover marinade onto them.

Step 33: Put the kebobs on the serving plates.
