There are two ways to create albums on the website and the mobile app.You can only see a standard new album.A shared album is a different kind of album that you can create if you want to share photos.A shared item can be used to allow others to add their own photos.
Step 1: The photos are in the app.
You can use Google Photos to create and manage groups of photos that you can't see.To use this method, you will need to have a Google account.
Step 2: You can tap the icon.
At the end of the search box, you will see this at the top right corner.The "create new" menu will appear.
Step 3: You can tap on the album.
Now you can see a list of all the photos.There is a circle at the top left corner.
Step 4: You can choose photos for your new album.
The circle at the corner of each thumbnail will turn to a check mark when you tap photos.Remove the check mark if you change your mind about including a photo.
Step 5: To create, tap "create."
The album settings screen has a text field at the top that says "Untitled." You can see a list of all photos and videos included in the album.
Step 6: Pick a name for the album.
If you give your album a name that describes its contents, you will be able to find it in the future.If you don't see your keyboard, tap "Untitled" to launch it.
Step 7: To add a description, tap the icon.
If you want to show additional text beneath the title, you can do this.
Step 8: To save the album, tap the checkmark.
There is a checkmark at the top of the screen.
Step 9: To view the album list, tap the back arrow.
There is a new album at the top of the list.
Step 10: You can view your album later.
The album you want to see can be found at the bottom of the screen.The Add Photos icon is a square icon of a painting with a + symbol.
Step 11: The photos are in the app.
The app can be used to create an album.You will be able to decide whether other people can modify or add to the album.To use this method, you must have the app installed.
Step 12: The icon is.
The top right corner is where the search box ends.There is a menu called "create new".
Step 13: You can select the shared album.
You can see a list of photos and videos on your device.
Step 14: You can add photos to the album by tapping them.
Checkmarks will fill the circles on each photo if you tap.You can remove the checkmark if you change your mind about including a photo.
Step 15: Next, tap.
There is a link at the top of the screen.Those photos will be uploaded if you chose not to sync them.In a few seconds, you will see their thumbnail and text field.
Step 16: You can type a name in the text field.
The name will be seen by others when you share this album with them.
Step 17: Share.
The link is at the top right corner.You can save the album and share it on your device.
Step 18: There is a pop-up menu in the photos.
This will stop the pop-up.This will allow you to change your sharing options before you put your album out into the world.
Step 19: The menu has a tap on it.
The screen is at the top right corner.There will be a menu.
Step 20: Sharing options can be tapped.
There are several options for sharing your album with others in a new pop-up.
Step 21: Share your options.
Click the X to save your changes if you want to adjust these options.If you want your recipients to see the album, make sure the switch is in the On position.If you want others to add their own photos and videos to the album, you can use the Collaborate option.Comment allows people to comment on photos and videos in the album.
Step 22: You can save your changes by tapping the arrow.
You will return to the album.
Step 23: You can tap the Share icon.
It is at the top right.It looks like a less-than symbol with dots at each of its points.It is a square with an arrow pointing at it.The Sharing pop-up menu will appear again when you click it.
Step 24: You can share your album.
Sharing options vary across devices, but here are some tips for sharing.If you tap to launch the app, you'll see your contacts, and then you can send a message.The recipient will receive a link to the album.In the "To" field, type a contact's name, email address, or phone number.If you want, you can share with many contacts.Your device will use its default messaging app to send the link.
Step 25: You can view your album in the future.
tap "Albums" and then this album when you open the photos on the internet.You can add more photos to the album by using the Add Photos icon.To share the album with more than one person, tap the Share button.
Step 26: You can open the website in a web browser.
You can use the website to create a new private album for your photos.One of the things that will happen when you visit this address is that you will see a blue "Go to Google Photos" button if you are not signed in to your account.You will see a list of your photos if you are already signed in.
Step 27: You have to sign in.
If you aren't already signed in, click "Go to Google Photos" and log in with your account information.You will see a list of your photos and albums when the password is accepted.
Step 28: The sign is at the top of the page.
It is to the right of the search field.The "create new" menu will appear.
Step 29: You can create a new album by clicking on it in the menu.
You will see a list of photos and videos in your account.There is a circle at the top of the photo.
Step 30: You can add photos to the album.
Checkmarks appear on each photo when you click it.You can choose how many photos you want to click.You can add new things to this album at any time.To remove a photo from the album, click it again.
Step 31: You can click create.
There is a button at the top of the page.You will be able to see the thumbnail of each photo and video you selected.There is a text area that says "Untitled."
Step 32: The text box has a name for the album.
Each album will have a name when you display a list of your albums in the future.What the photos have in common, give this album a name that describes them.
Step 33: A description can be added.
You can add more text to the title if you click the Text icon in the top right corner.If you ever share the album with others, you should use this.
Step 34: To save the album, click the checkmark.
There is a checkmark on the left side of the album.You can see a list of your albums once the album is saved.
Step 35: The album can be viewed in the future.
Click the menu at the top left corner of the home page to see a list of all of your albums.You can add more photos to the album by using the Add Photos icon.
Step 36: Click on the photo to open it in a web browser.
You can use the website to make a photo album.You will be able to decide who the album is shared with, as well as whether other people can add or change it.One of the things that will happen when you go to this address is that you will see a blue button on the "Go to Google Photos" website if you are not signed in to your account.You will see a list of your photos if you are already signed in.
Step 37: You have to sign in to see it.
If you aren't already signed in, click "Go to Google Photos" and log in with your account name and password.You will arrive at your list of photos and albums when the password is accepted.
Step 38: The sign is at the top of the page.
It is to the right of the search field.The menu will say "create new".
Step 39: You can create a new shared album by clicking on it.
You can now see a list of photos and videos uploaded to your account.There is a circle at the top of the photo.
Step 40: You can add photos to the album.
Checkmarks will fill the circles on the photos you click.You can click as many photos as you want.In the future, you will be able to add new photos to this album.Click again to remove the check mark if you change your mind about including a photo.
Step 41: Click to create.
There is a button in the top right corner.You can see the thumbnail of each photo and video on the album page.There is a text area that says "Untitled."
Step 42: The text box has a name for the album.
The album's name should apply to its contents.This is the name that others will see when you share this album with them.
Step 43: Click to share.
There is a button at the top of the album.Clicking on it will save the album and open a menu with sharing options.
Step 44: The pop-up menu is where you're supposed to click.
This will stop the pop-up.This will allow you to change your sharing options before you put your album out.
Step 45: You can click on the menu.
It is at the top right corner of the screen.There will be a menu.
Step 46: You can click on sharing options.
There are several options for sharing your album with others in the new pop-up.
Step 47: Share your options.

Step 50: Click on the email address you want to send the photos to.
You can share more than one address.Click "Get Link" if you want to share a URL with others.Only those with this link are aware of the album.You can click on a social media icon to share the album with others.
Step 51: Click the button to send it.
There is a blue paper airplane icon at the bottom of the pop-up.Your recipients will be sent an email with a link to the album.The recipient will see the album when they click the link.
Step 52: In the future, you can view your album.
Click the menu at the top left corner of the home page to see a list of all of your albums.To share the album with other people, click the Share button.The Add Photos icon is a square icon of a painting with a + symbol.
