How To Delete a Groupon Account on Android
You can learn how to request the deletion of your Groupon account when you use a mobile device.
Step 1: You can go to groupon.com in your web browser.
You can use any browser on your mobile device.
Step 2: Go to sign in.
The green "GROUPON" is below it.
Step 3: Go to Sign In and enter your login details.
This will log you into your account.If your account is connected to your, you can sign in with one of those buttons.
Step 4: You can tap.
It is at the top left corner of the page.This opens the menu.
Step 5: Click Customer Support when you scroll down.
The option has a symbol inside a circle.
Step 6: You can tap View All FAQ.
It is at the bottom of the list.
Step 7: Go to the search box and type in the account's name.
It is at the top of the page.
Step 8: The search key is on the keyboard.
It looks like a magnifying glass.There is a list of matching search results.
Step 9: How do I uninstall my account?
The top of the list should be it.There is a page that tells you that a support rep can permanently deleted your account.
Step 10: Customer support can be reached by tap.
You will be directed to a screen with several options.
Step 11: You can tap my order.
It is at the top of the list.
Step 12: Continue to contact us.
The last link is on the page.
Step 13: Something else to do.
It is at the bottom of the list.This is a message to the support team.Most of the information has already been filled out.
Step 14: I want to remove my account from the box.
The box is labeled "tell us a little more about your issue."
Step 15: The box says "I am not a robot."
There will be a check mark in the box.
Step 16: You can tap Send.
There is a green button at the bottom of the page.Your request has been sent.Once your account is deleted, you will receive a confirmation message.
