How To Do the Impossible

Do you believe you can achieve your goal?Do you believe that others don't share your beliefs?Don't let the disbelief of others affect you.Achieving something others don't think you can do is one of the greatest pleasures in life. You can achieve the impossible if you cultivate the right attitude, make a plan and follow through. No matter what the outcome is, you will succeed.

Step 1: Someone who motivates you.

Whether it's your parents, teachers, friends, a celebrity, or even a fictional character, modeling yourself after someone who inspired you can be a great path toward self-improvement.Someone who motivates you to become the best version of yourself is a good choice.Let them guide you on your own fascinating journey by researching them and learning from them.List the person's best qualities. They have overcome obstacles. There are ways to emulate these qualities. You can use their stories to inspire you.

Step 2: .

Don't be afraid to trust who you are.Know who you are and what you want to be.You can become the person you want to be and be in the deepest secrets of your soul.Trust both your desire and ability to achieve your goals, andClarify the goals you have for yourself.Take a notebook, a pen, and a timer. If you want to write without stopping, set the timer for five minutes.Begin by saying, "I am."There is a possibility that this is not the case.Start again with the phrase, "I want"..The lists will give you a better idea of who you are and what you want. You can cultivate self-trust by repeating key phrases from your lists, such as "I want a good life"

Step 3: The mold needs to be broken.

Don't try to be someone else, you can always become a better version of yourself.Find your passion, meaning and what makes you happy. This knowledge can be used to break out of society or cruel friends.

Step 4: Understand that not everyone will support you.

There are people who will try to stop you from achieving your goals. If you can emotionally prepare yourself for such responses, they will not come as a surprise. These kinds of comments are proof that you really want something big and important!Don't take it personally, try your best.People tend to say things they can't do on their own.

Step 5: There is a brainstorm.

You have to decide what that means for you.Take a moment to think with a pen and paper. This will help you set a specific goal.Imagine your future. What do you think it looks like?Imagine a happy self. What makes you happy? It's a good idea to envision great success for yourself. What is the purpose of this success?

Step 6: Specific goals and sub- goals should be created.

Try to come up with a goal after you have spent some time thinking about it.To make the impossible possible, you need a concrete goal and a plan to complete it.A concrete goal can be put into a sentence.Break that goal into smaller sub- goals. You may want to scale Mt.Lose 100 lbs. or buy a house.Sub-goals include raising money, finding a personal trainer, or applying for a mortgage. You will probably have at least five sub- goals for a big goal. You can set deadlines for each of your goals.

Step 7: The method is called the SMART method.

The SMART method is one way to make your goals specific. The approach to goal setting can help you refine your goals. If your goals are Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant Time bounded, you should use this method.

Step 8: There are obstacles.

There will be obstacles between you and your goals. If it were easy, you could identify your challenges and come up with ways to overcome them.If money is an obstacle, come up with ways to save a little bit at a time or make more money on the side. There are ways to carve out some free moments if a major obstacle is time.Maybe you could change your work hours, wake up earlier, or spend less time on the internet. If fear is a major obstacle, come up with ways to overcome it slowly. You can start by climbing a hill or standing on a ladder. If your fear is intense, you may want to see a therapist.

Step 9: Don't allow your time to be wasted.

It's going to take time to achieve the impossible. You will need to devote yourself to this task. You should be able to determine how much time you need to spend on your dream each day by setting deadlines for your goals.Just like with school or work, pencil this time down in your schedule.Don't let other obligations interfere with this time.

Step 10: You can track your progress.

Keeping track of your process is important as you work toward your goal.If you want to keep track of this endeavor, use a goal- tracking app.Log any sub- goals you achieve and make notes about how much time you put in.Tracking set-backs or failures is helpful. These are also important parts of the process.Tracking your progress can help you stay motivated.Tracking your progress can help keep you accountable.

Step 11: Keep going.

Staying motivated for the length of time it will take is perhaps the most difficult part of achieving the impossible. It can help to give yourself some added reinforcement by creating achievable sub- goals and tracking your progress.Reinforcement is the act of creating consequences for your actions.Positive reinforcement involves rewarding yourself for a job well done. For instance, if you want to achieve a specific sub- goal, you might treat yourself to a dessert or a new pair of jeans.Taking something away is negative reinforcement. If you fail to meet your goals, you might not be allowed to watch TV over the weekend.

Step 12: You may fail.

Japanese industrialist and automaker, Soichiro Honda, once said, "Success is 99% failure." If you are trying to do the impossible, you should understand from the beginning that you might fail.Don't fear the possibility of failure, embrace the positives that come along with it.Failure builds character, teaches valuable lessons, and often times leads to future success.

Step 13: Enjoy the journey.

Don't look at your experience in terms of ultimate success or failure.Enjoy the ride. When you set out to achieve something big, your goal acts like a north star, guiding you to where you want to be.You get to experience a memorable trip no matter what happens.Regardless of the end result, this trip is likely to make you more focused and healthy.

Step 14: Try again.

Humans are goal-seeking creatures.Grand ideas and working to reach them are part of what drives us.Regardless of what happens with this impossible dream, you must set another goal and seek another experience. If you want to achieve this dream, try again or try something new.Pursuing your dreams will make you happy and successful in your life.
