How To Filter Explicit Content on YouTube Music on Android
You can learn how to turn on YouTube Music's Restricted Mode, a feature that filters out adult content on your phone or tablet.
Step 1: You can open the music on your phone.
The home screen and app drawer are where you will usually find it.The round red icon has a sideways white triangle.The rating of the content is what filters it out in Restricted Mode.This change won't affect other phones or tablets.If you want to remove explicit content from other devices, use this method on each device.
Step 2: You can use your profile image.
There is a small circle at the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: You can tap on the settings.
It is the option with a gear icon.
Step 4: TheRestricted mode switch should be moved to the On position.
Videos with adult or inappropriate content will not be played in the app after you enabled this mode.If there is explicit content in a song or video, you can report it.When the song is playing, tap at the top-right corner.
