How To Fix Skype Microphone Problems on PC or Mac

You can learn how to select the correct microphone on a computer.

Step 1: Send a message on your computer.

If you're not automatically logging in, click the button and sign in with your name, email, phone and password.

Step 2: You can click on the tab.

There is a button on the menu bar.A drop-down menu will open.

Step 3: Click on the audio or video you want.

The settings will be opened in a new window.

Step 4: Select the microphone you want to use.

Select your default microphone by clicking the drop-down menu next to Microphone.

Step 5: The settings window needs to be closed.

You can close it by clicking the "" icon in the top left.Your new microphone settings will be saved.

Step 6: Send a message on your computer.

Step 7: You can click on the tab.

The app window has a button in it.It will open a menu.

Step 8: On the menu, hover over Profile.

There is a sub-menu.

Step 9: You can change the sounds.

You can open your sound settings with this.

Step 10: The left sidebar has audio settings.

This option can be found on the left-hand side.

Step 11: Pick your microphone.

Select your microphone from the drop-down menu.Your microphone's sound input level is indicated by a green bar.Your microphone is working if the green bar is rising.

Step 12: The blue Save button is on the screen.

This will save your settings.
