How To Fix Windows 8.1 Crashes

Windows 8.1 can suddenly stop working.Changing system settings is one of the ways to avoid crashes.

Step 1: Press Windows Key and C at the same time.

Step 2: The bar will appear.

You can find the Search icon.

Step 3: You can type "view installed updates" in the search box.

Step 4: Click on the icon to change settings.

Step 5: From the search results, open that.

Step 6: The updates should be sorted in a date-wise manner.

You can click on the "Installed on" column.

Step 7: Don't install any recent updates.

To uninstall, right click an update and select uninstall.

Step 8: Go to the settings.

Step 9: You can change the PC settings.

Step 10: Go to Recovery and Update.

Step 11: Click "Get started" under "Refresh your PC without affecting your files".

Press Windows Key + X and select Search to refresh your PC.Go to the Search Box and typeRefresh your PC.Click on the icon to change settings.Follow the on-screen instructions if you open that from the Search Results.

Step 12: Press Windows Key and X at the same time.

Step 13: You can select the device manager.

Step 14: The top root entry should be expanded.

The name of the computer.

Step 15: Show hidden devices by clicking the View menu.

Step 16: Do you see devices with exclamation marks?

Click on a malfunctioning device and choose the uninstall option to remove the driver.

Step 17: Reboot your computer after successful uninstallation.

Step 18: You can put the Windows 8.1 operating system installation disc in your DVD drive.

Step 19: Press Windows Key and X together.

Step 20: "Command Prompt (Admin)" can be selected.

Step 21: Press the enter button to type the following command.

Step 22: After successful completion, type "EXIT" and press ENTER.

Step 23: Press the keys at the same time.

Step 24: Click on the task manager.

Step 26: Click the start up tab.

Step 27: To sort the startup items by status, click the "Status" column.

Step 28: All non-Microsoft startup programs should be disabled.

Click the startup item and select the disabled option.

Step 29: If you want to make changes to the PC, exit Task Manager and restart it.
