They're one of the best accessories in Terraria, and you can get them in Pre-Hardmode.For a guide on how to get them, begin with step one.
Step 1: The rocket boots are for you.
If you have a Corruption world, you need to smash a Shadow Orb or Crimson Heart to get these.Get 200 Health by using enough life crystals.
Step 2: Wait for the event.
The Goblin Army has a small chance each day after the step.The event isn't very hard to beat, but do this before it happens: When the Goblin Army attacks, lead them away from your house.Although they aren't as dangerous as other armies, they can still be found in your house, destroying things and killing people.Potions and weapons should be prepared.The Goblin Army uses ranged weapons to combat them, as they use swords and other melee weapons.bows, guns, blowguns, etc.
Step 3: Don't lose the event.
You will not progress to get frostspark boots if you don't have them.
Step 4: Go underground after you beat the army.
There is a bound goblin.Right clicking on him will free him.You can buy the rocket boots for 5 gold and the tinkerer's workshop for 10 gold from him.
Step 5: The workshop can be placed anywhere in the house.
Step 6: There are several underground cabins.
Mini-uninhabited homes are found in underground cabins.The Hermes boots can be found in the Underground Biome.The Flurry boots can be found in the Underground Tundra.
Step 7: You can find a pair of Sailfish boots if you don't find either of these.
The recipe can use any of these.
Step 8: You can combine your Rocket boots with the one you found if you go to your Tinkerer's Workshop.
The Rocket Boots and the set you found should not be used as accessories.
Step 9: You have the boots.
You can either store them or equip them.
Step 10: Find the Aglet and the Anklet of the Wind.
The Aglet can be found easily if you explore the Forest Chests on the surface.You have a chance of getting it from a wooden crate if you can't find one.The Anklet needs more exploration.You can find one in the Underground Jungle Biome, inside of a Jungle Shrine, or in a jungle crate.
Step 11: You can get the lightning boots if you combine the Spectre boots, Aglet, and Anklet of the Wind.
Step 12: Find the ice skates.
They can be found in the snow or underground.You can find the boots in every Ice Chest.
Step 13: The ice skates and the lightning boots can be combined to get the frostspark boots.
