Step 1: The mother should feel secure.
Mother hamsters need to feel safe immediately after birth.She may become stressed and go into survival mode if she is startled by a loud noise.This means cannibalism for a mother hamster.Make sure the room where they live is calm and quiet.Pets should not be in the room.The hamster enclosure needs to be out of the sun.Place a blanket or cloth over the enclosure.The blanket has darkness that will reduce stress.
Step 2: Put tissue or toilet paper in it.
You can put some toilet paper in the enclosure.It's important to not surprise the mother hamster.She will use the paper to make her nest more comfortable.You may not know that this is more important than you think.The mother will eat the pups if she doesn't feel like the environment is enough to raise them.Artificial fluff is sold for this purpose.These products can hurt your hamsters.
Step 3: For two weeks, minimize interaction.
A mother will make a snack of her offspring if she feels threatened.It may seem as though there are a lot of reasons a mother hamster might be cannibalistic, but they are all aware of the same sentiment.A diet of baby hamster flesh may give her the energy to escape the risk she has perceived.For two weeks after the birth, do not mess with her, her babies or her cage.Do not clean the cage.If you notice she is pregnant, you should clean the cage before she gives birth.Resist the urge to handle the baby hamsters for two weeks.Touching makes sure that they will be eaten by their mother.
Step 4: Feed the mother.
It's important for the mother to have good nutrition.You can guess what it is.Finely chopped cooked eggs, plain boiled chicken, and tofu are some of the great options.She should be feeding her extra well chopped fruits and veggies.Unless she is low on food, give these foods until a few days after birth.When adding food to her enclosure, be careful not to frighten her, and try to place the food away from her and her babies.If you notice that she is pregnant, you should stock the enclosure with a lot of food.This will include a lot of hamster food.The fattiness of sunflowers is ideal for a mother hamster.Once the babies arrive, fill the water bottle all the way so you don't have to.
Step 5: Feed the babies after a week.

The hamsters will reach sexual maturity at this age.Young dwarf hamsters of the same sex may be kept together.All Syrian hamsters must be kept separate.Syrian hamsters will begin to become territorial when they are 6 to 8 weeks old.Soon, they will be able to seriously hurt one another, and will do so as soon as possible.
Step 8: You should line up human owners early.
There are more than a dozen juvenile hamsters in your litter looking for a new home.As soon as you find out about the babies, begin searching for humans who are capable of housing them.Ask your friends and family if they would like to see the cute photos you can get on every single social media platform you use.
Step 9: Put them up for adoption.
There are websites that can be used to post about free baby hamsters.The classified section at Petfinder.com is very popular.hamsters are readily available so don't try to profit from them.Make sure reptile owners don't get their hands on your hamsters.It is possible to guess what they will do with them.You can charge a small adoption fee.This is cheaper than buying a hamster from a store, but will keep people from giving their own pets a free lunch.
Step 10: Do not bring your baby hamsters to a pet store.
