How To Hem Jeans with Hot Glue

It's not for everyone, but quick repairs often need to be done.Hemming tape or snaps can be used to make alterations to clothing.You will learn how to use hot glue to hem jeans.

Step 1: If you want to know where your jeans will be hemmed, try on them.

You can mark a line with a pencil or chalk.

Step 2: Put the jeans on the work surface.

Step 3: To make room for a cuff, cut a few inches below the line you drew.

Step 4: The jeans must be cuffed to the desired length.

Step 5: The hot glue gun can be used.

Glue in between the layers of denim to secure them.

Step 6: You're all done!

Step 9: Cut half an inch below the line you drew with sharp scissors.

Step 12: Glue the lace or fabric trim around the hem of the cuff you just made.

Step 13: You're done if you turn the jeans right side out.
