How To Hide and Unhide Skype Conversations on Android
You can learn how to remove a chat conversation from your list on Skype and recover it on your phone.
Step 1: You can open the app on your phone.
The blue circle has a white "S" in it.You can find it on the menu.If you aren't automatically signed in, you have to log in with your email, phone, and password.
Step 2: The chat tab is where you can tap.
There is a button at the top of the screen.You can open a list of your chat conversations.
Step 3: You can hold a chat conversation.
Long press on the chat's name to find it on your list.You will see your options in a new window.
Step 4: Go to the chat option.
This will remove the chat from your list.You won't see a pop-up menu on some versions.The selected conversation will be highlighted by long-pressing.Look for a trash icon on the top-right.
Step 5: You can tap the contacts icon.
The upper-right corner of your screen has a figurehead icon on the button that looks like a book cover.It will open your contacts list.
Step 6: You can find the contact by tapping it.
You can find the hidden contact by tapping their name.You can open your chat conversation with this.
Step 7: There is a message field at the bottom.
The field is labeled at the bottom of the chat.The keyboard will come up.
Step 8: Send a message.
The paper plane icon is next to the message field if you type your message into it.
Step 9: You can check your chat list again.
Your chat should show up on your list again.Wait for your contact to message you back if the conversation isn't showing up.You will see the chat again when you receive a message from them.
