Step 7: It's possible to open a tracker site.
Clicking on the link opens the site that has your current month and year listed.Before you open the tracker site, make sure it's safe.The site should have "https://" before the "www" section of it's address.You can find a tracker on the site where you downloaded the torrent.There is a section on the site's home page.

Step 21: "Maximum number of connected peers per torrent" box
The "Global maximum number of connections" box is below it.
Step 22: Enter the number of upload slots per torrent in the box.
It is at the bottom of the page.
Step 23: Click Apply.
It is in the bottom-right corner of the window.It applies to your changes to uTorrent.
Step 24: Click OK if you don't want to.
You can save your changes and close the Preferences window with this.
