How To Install Idrive

IDrive can be used to create backups that are stored in the cloud, if you don't like your current options.You will learn how to install IDrive.You need to create an account in a web browser before you can install a computer or mobile client.

Step 1: Go to the website.

You can make an account with any web browser.

Step 2: Click to sign up.

You can find it in the top right corner of your browser.If you have an IDrive account, you can skip this part.

Step 3: The required fields should be filled in.

Your phone number, email address, and first and last name are required.

Step 4: You can choose a plan.

The circle next to the plan will be filled with blue to show you've picked it.There are different plans for business or personal use.Storage space is offered by the business IDrive plans.

Step 5: You have to fill in the required fields.

Your payment information should include your card number, CVV, expiration date, billing address, and zip code.

Step 6: You can check the box next to "I agree...".

If you don't have this box checked, the form will not be submitted or continued to the next page.

Step 7: Click to create an account.

The form is centered at the bottom.

Step 8: Either key option is the choice.

You can use a private key or the default one.If you lose your private encryption key, IDrive won't be able to retrieve it for you, and you'll lose all the information stored on I Drive.Click to proceed.IDrive should start downloading.

Step 9: You can download the online backup in a web browser.

If you're using a mobile device, you can install IDrive from your app store.

Step 10: You can click on the download you want.

Pick the right download for your OS.As you download the installation file, open your file manager.To continue, save the file.

Step 11: Double-click the downloaded file if you want to navigate.

You can most likely find the downloaded file in your Downloads folder if you don't see a notification from some web browsers.

Step 12: Follow the instructions on the screen.

You can either go through an installation wizard or drag and drop the application's icon from the downloaded folder to your Applications folder in Finder.

Step 13: You can open IDrive.

You can find it in either your Start menu or your file manager.You need to sign in to use the client after you open IDrive.
