The Codec is a variation of Snake's down taunt.You need to press it very quickly if you want to use the down taunt button.It doesn't mean that it needs to be mashed or hit multiple times.It needs to be hit very quickly.This can be done quickly using this trick.Put your thumb on the down button and position it so that the edge of the button is between your fingers.Try to click the button by sliding your thumb down across it, instead of pressing it in.
