How To Make Broccoli and Capsicum Stir Fry

It's easy to make a stir-fry dish out of broccoli and bell pepper, because they go well together.This recipe has chili and garlic.

Step 1: Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.

Step 2: The garlic and red chili powder should be ground into a paste.

Step 3: The broccoli should be cooked with enough salt and water.

Don't overcook it, aim to retain its tender quality.

Step 4: Add the oil to the pan.

The chopped onion and green chili should be added.

Step 5: Fry the onion until it becomes soft.

Step 6: The chopped capsicum should be added.

If you want it to be half cooked, Fry it until it is done.

Step 7: The garlic paste can be added.

The smell of garlic is gone after Fry.

Step 8: The broccoli has been cooked.

It should be mixed in with the other vegetables.

Step 9: The chopped onion should be added.

For a moment, Fry.

Step 10: It's best to serve it hot.

To serve plates or bowls, transfer to them.It is a good idea to serve with rice or puris.
