How To Make Burmese Sticky Rice Balls

During the new year season, a sticky rice ball is the most famous dessert in the country.The treat can be prepared in a few minutes.The simple way to cook rice balls is shown here.

Step 1: Pick out your ingredients.

Make sure you don't miss anything.

Step 2: When the flour becomes sticky, add water.

Step 3: The jaggery should be chopped into pieces.

Step 4: If you want to fill the balls with jaggery, roll the powder dough into 1 or 1/2 inch (25mm or 12mm) balls.

Step 5: The balls should be put in the boiling water.

The balls will sink if you put them in the water.

Step 6: When the balls come up to the surface, take them out of the water.

Step 7: The balls should be eaten with coconut.
