How To Make Muffins Without Eggs

Muffins without eggs are safe to serve to vegan friends.

Step 1: The bowl should be placed on a counter or table.

Step 2: The flour should be put into it.

Step 3: The baking powder, sugar, chocolate powder and salt can be added.

Step 4: It should be mixed with a fork or whisk.

Step 5: Use a metal fork or your hands to mix the butter with the dry ingredients.

raisins, seeds, chocolate chips are optional.

Step 6: The pressure cooker should have 4 cups of water on it's base.

Step 7: Butter can be applied to the walls of muffin cups.

Step 8: The batter should be put in the cups of the muffins pan.

The correct amount is one-half cup.

Step 9: The cooker should be prepared for 5 minutes.

Step 10: The cooker's instruction manual says to place the pan in the cooker.

Step 11: You can steam for up to 30 minutes.

Step 12: When the time is over, smell the steam coming from the cooker and switch it off.

Step 13: Allow steam to go down.

Step 14: Make sure the inside of the cooker is cooked by sticking a toothpick into a muffin.

If the toothpick comes out clean, they're done; if not, cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 15: Remove muffins from the cooker and serve them.
