How To Monitor Android Data Use

You can learn how to find out how much data you use on your phone in the current billing cycle.You can also find out which apps use the most data, as well as set data usage warnings and limits to help you stay within your provider's limits.

Step 1: Open the settings on your phone.

The menu has it at the bottom.If you want your mobile data to be disabled automatically when you reach a certain amount, do this only.Before mobile data is deleted, enter the maximum amount of data you want to use.

If you're running into trouble with certain apps consuming too much data in the background, you have a few options for gaining control over their usage.To turn this on, tap the back button to return to the screen, and then use the "Use Data Saver" switch to On.If you want to prevent an app from using mobile data in the background, go to > (or ), select the app, tap and then turn on the "allow background data usage" switch.
