I have had RE prizes showing up in J4U but not being redeemed for free twice, the common factor was that both free products were token purchases, and they would not come off as free product until 24 hours later.The problem only occurred for me with token purchases of products and they came off as free after 24 hours.Two friends of mine who are playing monopoly have not had this problem.I know if I wait 24 hours it will work.
Every year, stores don't stock all the free items.Not all stores carry all products according to the fine print of the monopoly terms.You will probably have to go to another store if your store sells it and you want a freebie.
