You can ask a Venmo user for money when you're at your computer.
Step 1: You can go tovenmo.com in a web browser.
You can use any modern web browser to access Venmo.Click at the top-right corner of the screen to enter your login information if you're not signed in.
Step 2: Click to charge.
It's in the middle of the screen.This button can be found on your friend's profile.Search for your friend's name to find their profile.
Step 3: The person's name should be typed into the search box.
Potential matches will appear when you type.
Step 4: Click the person you want to charge.
Their name will be shown in the field.
Step 5: You can type the amount and description.
There are two bits of information in the text box.$0 for your thoughts or $72 for the water bill.
Step 6: You can set a privacy setting.
The default is that your request will be visible to all Venmo users.Click the menu next to the button to change this.
Step 7: Click to charge.
The person you're charging will be made aware of your request.
