Step 1: Understand the policy.
Local Deals can be returned for a refund within 3 days of purchase.The "book-by" date is any time before.The items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.You can't refunds vouchers past the day they were purchased.Due to a lack of a customer support line and frequent errors on behalf of the items' shipping details, Groupon returns are notoriously convoluted.
Step 2: Know what the cancellation policy is.
You can self-cancel within one day at Local Deals, but you may not be able to do so after this point.The cancellation policy for getaways varies depending on the fine print.Within two hours of your purchase, you can cancel.You may not get a full credit for returning items after they've been shipped to you.You can cancel on the day of your purchase.
Step 3: Make sure you cancel in the correct window.
If you want to cancel your order within the cancellation window, you should be able to get a refund, but if you don't, it's probably not possible.
Step 4: Make sure you didn't view your voucher.
If you viewed your voucher after purchasing it, you can't cancel it.
Step 5: Determine if the voucher was a Final Sale item.
"All sales are final" or "Final Sale" can't be canceled if they appeared in the fine print.
Step 6: It is possible to open a group discount.
You can find it in your computer's web browser.This will open the main page.If you're not signed into your account, click in the top-right corner of the page and enter your email address and password.
Step 7: Pick your name.
The name is in the upper-right side of the page.There is a drop-down menu.
Step 8: Click on the deals you want to see.

The drop-down menu has this option in it.You should now see all of your vouchers on your account page.
Step 11: Find your order.
Once you find the order you want to cancel, scroll down.
Step 12: Click here to view details.
It is to the right of the order.You can open the voucher's page by doing that.
Step 13: Click to cancel the order.
This is in the middle of the page.You may have to click here first.If you don't see a cancellation option, your order is probably not going to be canceled.
Step 14: Go to the on-screen instructions.
If prompted, you'll need to confirm the order's cancellation and enter your password.You have successfully returned your voucher after you receive a notification that your order has been canceled.
Step 15: Try using the customer support section.
You can cancel directly from the customer support section if you can't find the option on the voucher's page.Click.Click if you want to check the box next to your order.Click.Cancel into the "tell us what's going on" text box.The link is under the heading "Editing or Canceling Your Order".You can't cancel your item if this opens a blank page.Go to the on-screen instructions.
