How To Save a PowerPoint Presentation on a Thumbdrive
Here's all you have to do.
Step 1: Make sure your thumb drive is in the port.
Step 2: You can open the.ppt presentation.
Step 3: From the drop down menu, locate the thumb-drive/data-stick.
Step 4: If you want a different name for your presentation, name it.
Step 5: The.ppt presentation can be saved by clicking the Save button.
Step 6: Remove the hardware from your computer.
Don't just remove the thumb-drive from the port.There is a small drive icon on the Task-bar.It says "Safely Remove Hardware" if you Mouse over it.To locate the thumb-drive, right click on it and then click "Stop."It's possible to drag it to the trash can on a Mac.
Step 7: Wait.
The prompt will let you know if it's safe to disconnected your device.It's all over.You can remove the device from your computer.
