How To See Your Heartbeat on the Apple Watch Face

You can learn how to add a Heart Rate app shortcut to your Apple Watch.If you want to see an up-to-date representation of your heart rate instead, you can install an app called Cardiogram and set it as a shortcut on your Apple Watch's face.

Step 1: Make sure you look at the face of the Apple Watch.

If you have a different app open, press the Digital Crown to close it, then press it again to open it.

Step 2: The screen needs to be pressed.

You can open a menu by pressing down hard on the screen.

Step 3: You can personalize the tap.

It's at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: Take a left until thewidget is outlined.

Depending on your Apple Watch's clock type, the location of different on-screen items will vary; once you see a grey or teal box appear around a widget, you can proceed.

Step 5: You can select a widget.

There is a frame around thewidget.

Step 6: Click on the "HEART RATE" option.

The Digital Crown can be used to do so.You can stop if you find the heart-shaped "HEART RATE" widget.If you don't see the "HEART RATE" option, scroll down until you find it.

Step 7: You should save your changes.

If you want to return to the menu, press the Digital Crown twice.

Step 8: You can use the "Heart Rate" icon.

To view your current heart rate, tap the heart-shaped Heart Rate icon on your watch face.

Step 9: You can install Cardiogram on your watch.

In order to display your heart rate on your Apple Watch's face, Cardiogram syncs with your Heart Rate app.Go to your Watch app and open it.You can find it in the bottom-right corner of the screen.The bar has a search function.tap if you want to type in cardiogram.To find the "Cardiogram" heading, tap to the right.When prompted, enter your Touch ID or Apple ID.

Step 10: On your phone, open Cardiogram.

The Cardiogram app icon looks like a white heart on an orange background.

Step 11: Continue with email.

There is a red button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 12: You can enter your email address and password.

You need to type the email address and password into the "Email" and "Password" text boxes.

Step 13: Let's start.

You can open the Permissions page if you create your account.

Step 14: Turn all the categories on.

It is at the top of the page.

Step 15: Allow.

There is an option in the top right corner.

Step 16: Allow Cardiogram to work with the Health app.

This should only take a few seconds.

Step 17: You can open Cardiogram on your Apple Watch.

Press the "lock" button and then tap the Cardiogram app icon.

Step 18: Allow Cardiogram to be enabled.

Go across the Apple Watch's screen, then tap in the middle of the screen.

Step 19: You can add Cardiogram to your Apple Watch.

Go back to the watch screen.Press the screen.There is a tap.Swipe left to see a small area on the screen.The "CARDIOGRAM" option can be found when you scroll up or down with the Digital Crown.The Digital Crown can be pressed twice.

Step 20: You can see your heart rate on the watch.

When your Apple Watch's clock face is up, you can look at the CardioGram to see your heart rate in 30 seconds.
