Step 1: The game timer should be checked.
The timer needs to reach 15 minutes in order to start the vote.
Step 2: Start a vote.
Click on the surrender button to use the /surrender command.
Step 3: Wait for your team to make a decision.
Only four of the five players have to vote yes in order for them to surrender.A summoner is against the motion if he doesn't vote.A surrender vote can't be initiated again for 3 minutes if the vote fails.
