How To Test a Microphone on Windows
You can learn how to make sure your microphone is working correctly.
Step 1: You can click the menu.
It is at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click on the settings you want to modify.
Step 3: Click the time and language you want.
Step 4: Click to hear the speech.
It is at the bottom of the left column.A pop-up will ask you to set up a microphone.
Step 5: Click next.
You'll be asked to repeat a phrase when you see the message.Click if you see a message that your microphone may not work.
Step 6: Click next.
There is a colorful sound meter and a phrase on the screen.
Step 7: Speak the phrase aloud.
Once you've reached the end of the phrase, stop speaking.
Step 8: You can click next.
If your microphone is set up correctly, you will see a confirmation message letting you know it's ready to use.
Step 9: Click Finish to finish.
The window will close.
