How To Track an Order on Groupon on iPhone or iPad
You can learn how to track an order in the Groupon app.
Step 1: You can open it on your phone.
The home screen typically has a white icon with a green "G" inside.You can find it on the home screen if you type "groupon" into the search bar.Follow the on-screen instructions to sign into your account if you haven't already.
Step 2: You can tap my stuff.
There is a corner at the bottom-right corner.
Step 3: Go to my website and tap my coupons.
The top of the menu has it.You can see a list of your most recent orders.
Step 4: Track package can be found on the order you want to track.
You might have to scroll down to find it.You can see the status of the shipment and its estimated arrival date on this page.
