How To Transfer Data from Android to Android

You can learn how to send a file from a phone to another.You can either use the SHAREit app to transfer your files or use an SD card to copy them.

Step 1: Shareit can be downloaded and installed on both phones.

You can find it on the Play Store.

Step 2: The SHAREit app is available on both phones.

You can find the app icon on your home screen or on the Apps menu.

Step 3: You can send on the phone.

The paper plane icon at the top of the screen is what this option looks like.

Step 4: On the receiving device, tap Receive.

Next to the top is where you can find it.

Step 5: There is a Files tab on the sending device.

You will be able to see a list of your folders and file locations.

Step 6: Pick the file's location.

Clicking on a folder or location will open it.

Step 7: Select the files you want to send.

There is a blue checkmark next to the selected files.

Step 8: The Send button is on the bottom-right.

This will help you get a receiving device.

Step 9: The person is on the radar.

You can transfer the selected files when your other one pops up on the radar.

Step 10: The card should be inserted into the card slot.

If you want to copy files from your phone to another device, you can do it with the SD card.

Step 11: You can open the file manager app.

There is a stock file manager app for most phones.You can find it on the apps menu.A third-party file manager app can be downloaded from the Play Store.

Step 12: Pick the files you want to transfer.

If you want to transfer multiple files, you can long-pressing a file and then tap on them.

Step 13: You can tap the icon.

This will open the file options.

Step 14: Click to copy.

You will be asked to choose a location to copy your files.

Step 15: You can paste your files to the card.

You can paste your files here from the folder you select.You may have to tap, or depending on the file manager app.

Step 16: Attach the SD card to your second device.

You can copy the files from the SD card to the local storage on your second phone.

Step 17: On your second phone, open the file manager app.

My Files is a manager app that you can use.

Step 18: Find and select the files you want to save.

The buttons will show up at the top.

Step 19: You can tap the icon.

You will be able to open your file options.

Step 20: You can choose to move or copy.

You can either move the files to local storage or leave the originals on the card.

Step 21: You can paste the files to the local storage on your phone.

You can paste or move your files by selecting a folder from your storage.
