You can learn how to turn on subtitles on the internet.Closed caption is used to help the viewer better understand the dialogue in a show or movie.You can turn on subtitles on the app.
Step 1: Take a break from the show or movie.
Pause the movie or show if you want to turn on subtitles.You can begin by tapping on the screen.The pause button can be found in the center of the screen.The button looks like two bars.
Step 2: The settings icon is near the top right corner.
The settings icon is located at the top of the screen and on the right side.You can choose this icon.
Step 3: Under Subtitles & Captions, you can select On.
You can choose between auto, off, and on in the settings."On" will turn on subtitles for the show or movie you are watching.
Step 4: You can return to your show or movie by using the X.
Select the white "X" in the top left corner to continue watching your show or movie.
Step 5: Go to the app.
If you're not currently watching a show or movie, open the Hulu app on your phone.There is a bright green icon written in white letters.
Step 6: Account can be found from the bottom menu.
There are four menu icons at the bottom of the screen.The "Account" icon has a circle with a bent line.You can choose this icon.
Step 7: The settings can be found in the account menu.
At the top of the account menu, you should see your name.Between "account" and "About", you will find "Settings" under your name.To continue, select the "Settings" option.
Step 8: There are subtitles at the top of the page.
There is text next to an arrow pointing right that says "subtitles and caption" at the top of the page.You can choose this option.
Step 9: The switch is in the right corner.
You should be on a page called "GOOGLE SUBTITLES (CC)."Underneath the title, you'll see the word "OFF" and a switch that can be toggled.If you want to turn on subtitles, you have to switch the switch.
