If you want to use your phone on another carrier's network, you need to contact Straight Talk.Straight Talk has very strict conditions for unlocked phones.

Step 6: The Straight Talk card needs to be removed.
The slot on the side of the case or under the back cover is where the sim card is located.
Step 7: The sim card should be replaced.
The slot has a sim card in it.
Step 8: You can power your phone.
Instead of your normal home screen, you'll get a notification that your phone needs to be unlocked before it can use the installed sim card.
Step 9: The code needs to be entered.
