Step 1: The snap should be removed at the end of the strap.

Step 5: The end of the strap can be inserted through the loop.
Go through the loop with the clip end of the pacifier strap.Attach the clip to the loop.The strap could be a flat ribbon or it could have beads on it.It should fit through the loop.
Step 6: Pull to tighten the loop around the pacifier.
The pacifier's edge or handle can be tightened with a tug on the strap.The pacifier clip can be secured with this.
Step 7: To open it, squeeze the clip.
There is a pacifier clip at the opposite end of the strap.You can open it by squeezing the handles on the clip.
Step 8: You can find a spot on your child's clothing.
A good place is on your child's shoulder.It may be a better place to attach the clip if fabric is doubled up on onesies.If you want to attach the clip, use your fingers to grasp the piece of clothing.The clip is too strong for your child to remove, but it is still a good idea to attach it somewhere they won't be tempted to mess with it.
Step 9: Put a piece of your child's clothing in the open clip.
Hold onto the clothing with one hand and the open clip with the other.Release the handles if you want to close the clip around the clothing.
