You can learn how to set up your phone so that your child can use it to play games and learn without being able to access the internet, change the settings on your device, or make purchases from the app store, if you follow this guide.
Step 1: You can open your apps list.
To view all of your apps, tap the button.
Step 2: You can tap the app.
This may be in a folder.
Step 3: The search button is on the screen.
Step 4: "Kids Mode" can be searched for.
The top of the list should show the Kids Mode app.
Step 5: You can use the Kids Mode app.
The app's details can be opened with this.You can download the Kids Mode app from the Play Store if you're having trouble finding it.This app is not compatible with other devices.
Step 6: Go to install.
The Kids Mode app will be downloaded.
Step 7: Open the door.
The button appears after the app has been downloaded and installed.
Step 8: Allow for the requested permission.
Permissions will help you get the most out of the Kids Mode app.
Step 9: Go to install.
Kids Mode needs to download more files.
Step 10: Let's get started.
Once the installation is complete, this button appears.
Step 11: You can create a PIN.
Your child will not be able to exit the app or make purchases if you use this PIN.Your child can guess a PIN, so make sure you don't use it.
Step 12: You can create a profile for your child.
Your child's name and birthday will be entered.Your child's birthday will be used to determine which apps are appropriate for their age.
Step 13: After creating a profile, tap next.
Later, you can create profiles for your other children.
Step 14: To allow your child to call, select the contacts you want.
You can see a list of people on your phone.You can check the box next to each one to make sure you're talking to your child.
Step 15: Pick the apps that you want your child to be able to use.
You can see a list of the apps that are installed on your device.They can be added to the approved list.Kid Mode will give your child access to many additional age-appropriate apps.
Step 16: To create a profile, tap Finish.
Your child's profile will include custom contacts and an app list.
Step 17: You can try out the included apps.
You will see the basic apps available to your child when Kids Mode launches.There is a special Phone app that only allows calls to authorized contacts, a Camera app for keeping photos separate from the main camera app, and a Kids Store for installing new apps.You will be prompted to allow them access to certain device services when you launch these apps for the first time.Allow them for the best experience.
Step 18: The Kids Store app can be used to view new apps.
The app store is similar to your regular store, but designed for children's apps.The apps are broken down into age groups, but you can look by category or search for a specific app.
Step 19: You can change the settings by tapping the button.
You can adjust the settings for Kids Mode before handing it off to your child.The settings button is in the lower- left corner.
Step 20: You need to enter your PIN.
In order to access the settings menu, you'll need to enter your PIN.
Step 21: The daily playtime limit option is available.
You can set a time limit on how long your child can stay in Kids Mode.You can set the amount of time for weekdays and weekends.The time limit is next to the gear button.
Step 22: To see what your child has been doing, tap the Activity Information buttons.
You can see the pictures they've taken, the images they drew, and the apps that they use the most.
Step 23: Allow your child to have fun.
Your child will be able to use Kid Mode once it's configured.Kid Mode allows your child to use the apps and services you've approved without being able to access the internet, change your settings or make purchases.
Step 24: The main Kids Mode menu has an exit button.
The Kids Mode app will prompt you to enter a password.Your child will not be able to leave the app and use their phone as normal.
Step 25: You can open the store.
The Play Store can be found in your apps list.
Step 26: "Kids Mode" can be searched for.
Kids Mode can be enabled on your phone by returning a bunch of apps.There are a lot of different Kids Mode apps you can try."Kid Mode: Free Learning Games by Zoodles" is one of the most popular options.
Step 27: You can install the app by tapping the button.
The Kids Mode app will be downloaded.
Step 28: You can open it.
The button appears after the app has been installed.
Step 29: Kid Mode is in the list of the launchers.
Kid Mode: Free Learning Games by Zoodles will prompt you to pick a launcher.You can tap Kid Mode and Always.
Step 30: You must create an account.
You will need a free Zoodles account to get started.To get started, enter your email and create a password.
Step 31: Your birth year is entered.
This is the password for accessing Kid Mode.If your kids know what your birth year is, you don't have to use it.
Step 32: Your child's profile can be created.
Your child's name and birth year can be entered.Tailoring age-appropriate content will be helped by the birth year.
Step 33: You can tap for parents.
Before handing the phone over to your child, you should set some additional options.
Step 34: Continue until you reach the dashboard.
Proceed to the dashboard and ignore the upsells.
Step 35: The overview button can be tapped.
You will be able to see how much time your child spends in each discipline.

There are apps that you can add to Kids Mode.Most apps are free, and don't contain ads or in-app purchases that your child can accidentally tap on.
Step 38: To install it, tap an app.
You can find the perfect app for your child if you see the educational subjects that each app covers.
Step 39: Go to your child's profile.
Kid Mode will allow your child to explore the apps and activities without being able to access the internet, your regular apps or your device's settings.
Step 40: To view activities, tap a location.
The Jungle will be accessible to your child when they start the free version of Kids Mode.The map will allow your child to see all of the different activities in the Jungle.Your child will get more activities to do as they accumulate points by playing games.
Step 41: The exit button can be tapped to exit Kid Mode.
The child won't be able to leave unless they know the password, which is only available on the Parents' Dashboard.
Step 42: Go to your regular launcher and then tap Always.
This will allow your phone to operate normally.If you want to start Kid Mode again, you have to open your Apps list.You'll be asked to choose the Kid Mode launcher.
