Many apps allow you to block internet and social media use altogether.Some of the apps are available for purchase, such as Freedom or Anti-Social, while others can be downloaded for free.According to the basic premise, these apps block you from visiting sites like Facebook according to a schedule you design.

Step 13: You should modify your routine.

You can use Facebook as an incentive instead of going on it all the time.If you end up on Facebook when you're supposed to be working, this is a good idea.You can say, "I'll allow myself to go on for 15 minutes after I finish this assignment."I will look at the new pictures after I finish this chore.

How many times a day will you allow yourself to visit Facebook?Set a schedule for yourself.You can decide to visit Facebook once in the morning and again after dinner.It will require a lot of discipline, but eventually it will stick.
