How To Write a Review on Groupon on iPhone or iPad
You can learn how to review a deal you've purchased using an iPad or an iPhone.The reviews section of the deal has your review in it.You can only rate and review deals you've already redeemed.
Step 1: You can open the app on your mobile device.
There is a green "G" in a white square.It can be found on your home screen or in an app folder.Ratings and reviews can only be left for products or services you've redeemed.There is no option to leave a review if you haven't redeemed your coupon.
Step 2: Go to the bottom-right and tap My Stuff.
The navigation bar on the lower-right corner of your screen has a figurehead icon.It will open your menu.
Step 3: There is a menu at the top of it.
The My Stuff menu has a price tag icon next to it.There are past deals and coupons here.
Step 4: The ALL tab is on the top right.
You can see a list of the deals you've purchased in the past.
Step 5: You can find and tap the deal you want to review.
The coupon's details will be opened on a new page.
Step 6: There is a Write a Review option on the details page.
The instructions section has a button above it.It will open the form.
Step 7: You can choose how many stars you want to give.
You can designate how many stars you want to give to this coupon by tapping the number of stars at the top of the review form.
Step 8: You can type your comments in the text field.
Below the review stars at the top of the form is a text field where you can summarize your experience, comments, concerns, and feedback.
Step 9: You can add pictures to your review with the Add Photos button.
You can add pictures of the item you received from your Camera Roll if you're reviewing a retail product.
Step 10: On the top-right, tap submit.
Your review will be submitted by this.The reviews section of the deal has your review in it.
